Anaïs is a mixed-methods researcher located in California. She earned her Master's in Applied Anthropology from CSU East Bay and her BA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley.
Her graduate studies focused on the intersection of public policy discourse, health, and food justice. During that time she served as a board member for the Oakland Food Policy Council to advance sustainable urban agriculture in the city of Oakland.
Anaïs is also a published photojournalist and has documented charcoal production in Haïti, an orphanage in Perú and various events for local newspapers.
